Therapy Services
I am a neurodiverse-affirming psychologist, with 15 years experience supporting people with their mental health needs and neurodiversity.
I am passionate about meeting people where they are and supporting them to get to where they want to be. I understand therapy is hard work and it takes time to achieve goals. I am experienced in supporting clients with mild to moderate mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodiversity.
I use evidence based therapies such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), and attachment based programs for parenting such as Circle of Security.
I have experience supporting families with children with behavioural concerns, using a neurodiverse affirming approach - recognising what the child is trying to communicate with their behaviour, and finding ways to support their needs in positive ways.
